With over 20 years of international experience as a dancer with the Royal Ballet and a further 28 years as a specialist in remedial Pilates, Christina brings exceptional knowledge of movement, alignment and body mechanics to every session. Her unique background combines elite performance training with decades of therapeutic practice, enabling her to support clients at every stage of their physical journey.

 

Specialising in injury rehabilitation and corrective movement, she works with a wide range of clients, from professional performers to individuals recovering from surgery or managing chronic conditions. Her expertise includes supporting patients with Parkinson’s disease, dementia and cerebral palsy, as well as those experiencing neck or back pain, hip replacements, knee misalignment and foot and ankle issues.

 

Her approach is deeply personalised, combining precision, compassion and evidence-based rehabilitation to help each client improve strength, mobility, balance and confidence in movement. Whether the goal is recovery, pain relief or enhanced physical performance, she provides expert guidance tailored to individual needs.
